Before, I thought Austin is going to hate fish due to its strong marine odor. I am glad that I was wrong. Like his parents, Austin loves fish. Unlike usual, every spoon feeding with fish seems to go fast and faster! He offers his wide open mouth as soon as he sees the food.

Check out how did I prepare his latest favorite?
1/4 cup Ancient Grain Mix (or white rice/brown rice)
2 ~ 2 1/2 cup water
1 piece fish fillet (about 100-200 g)
2 pieces of French beans – thinly sliced
4 pieces (thumb size) of butternut squash
A few pinches of salt (optional)

1. Rinse ancient grains. Place into crock pot with water. Put on high heat to cook for an hour. 
2. Place fish, butternut squash and French beans. Continue on high heat for another hour or until everything is soft.
3. Serve warm.
