Specially made for someone special a.k.a. Daddy on Double Tenth!
Butter Croissant with BBQ chicken fillets, devil's egg and banana muffins
2 Butter Croissants - from bakery
4 pieces of chicken fillet
1 clove garlic - chopped
1/2 clove onion - sliced
1/4 carrot - sliced
A handful of lettuce
Tomato (optional)
Green Pepper (optional)
Fresh Olive (optional)
4-6 tbsp Heinz BBQ Sauce
1-2 tsp soy sauce - Kikkoman
Salt & Pepper - to taste (optional)

1. Marinate the chicken with BBQ sauce for at least a couple hours.
2. Grab a wok, pour a little cooking oil. Add garlic and saute until fragrance.
3. Place chicken and pan-fried. Sprinkle soy sauce. Add the carrot. Occasionally, flip the fillets over to cook thoroughly.
4. Using a bread knife, make a slit on the croissant to create a pouch. Dress the pouch with lettuce, onion, tomato, green pepper and lastly the chicken fillet and carrot.

I can't get hold of tomato, so I added some carrot - pan fried with the fillets :) Alternatively, you can go for all kind of fresh vegetables like the Subway!
