Happy Valentine's Day and Happy Lunar New Year!

This morning, I popped in a tablet of 400 mcg folic acid and 1 tab of multivitamin (Centrum).

At the same time, I am trying to minimize the natural Vitamin A intake in my daily diet. Pregnant moms are advised to avoid excessive Vitamin A, this is the point noted from my reading. Carrots and beet roots have to go. And lots more of high beta-carotene vegetables/fruits.

Bad news, I found my lips swollen again. Last Friday, I only had a shrimp while we were dinning out at Ho-Ho. I had duck too. Was it allergy to shrimp or duck? Yesterday night, a patch near my mouth was peeling and experienced burning sensation. Severely dehydrated. It seems that my tolerance towards seafood especially prawn/shrimp has amplified. So another add-on to the list of food to abstain from :(

And the best news of the day - I was surprised the moment I opened my eyes this morning, a Valentine's Day gift awaiting me to unwrap. Guess what it is in the box?
