Home LIVING Outfit & Footwear Walking Baby Shoes – See Kai Run @ Mothercare | Best Deal in Town

If you are looking for a pair of decent walking baby shoes, end of the year is a good time to shop. Stock clearance and Christmas sale,  hence giving a great chance to get the best price for the first pair if your little one started walking recently.

We were lucky to spot that Austin’s first pair of walking baby shoes did not seem to perform well on his little feet. When we let Austin went wild on his own at the concourse adjacent to Food Republic food court, we noticed that Austin’s right step tended to tilt with the fabric covered-up shoes. Instead of stepping on the sole, his feet landed on the fabric’s edge, as if more challenging for him to control his movement.
To resolve this concern in our mind, we went to search for a new pair of walking baby shoes right then. A stretch at Level 2 (Toy R Us’s wing) at Vivo City Mall in Singapore offers a handful baby/children outlets. We went into one after another and at last we found something decent for Austin’s feet at Mothercare.

Mothercare is not a strange name to us but strangely we had never notice ‘See Kai Run’ earlier. Apparently, See Kai Run is a big name in walking baby shoes game. Made from leather, neat stitches with excellent grip on the rubber soles, these features give us the confidence to invest in a new pair of walking baby shoes from See Kai Run.
We tried Austin with ‘Evan’. He was cooperative and eager to reach down on the floor to walk. Looking great on Austin, he does not walk in the tilting manner anymore. A pair cost S$65.90 (inclusive of GST) but we had our head spinning to pick two models. Why? It was a promotion of buy one and get the second pair free! After spending about half an hour, we finally went for Evan (size 4) and Giovanni (size 3). Austin is going to need a pair of size 4 very soon!

If you are searching for a decent walking shoes for your baby, head to Mothercare at Vivo City Mall at Harbour Front! We saw the choices were aplenty for both boys and girls, sizes evolved mainly 3, 4 and 5. Staff was helpful and friendly too.
